At B&J's Boutique, we strive to make shipping simple and affordable.

Flat Rate Shipping: $5.95 on all orders under $100.00 (before tax and discounts).
FREE Standard Shipping: Orders of $100.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping rates are calculated before any applicable taxes.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Mistakes happen! Contact us ASAP if you spot an error right after ordering. We'll try to fix it but cannot guarantee changes once an order is placed. B&J's Boutique is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier whenever possible.
